Where do you ship from?
Los Angeles, CA, United States
What is your return and exchange policy?
I currently do not accept returns or exchanges, but feel free to contact me if there is any issue with your order. I will try my best to remedy any situation that may arise to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your order.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes! I ship worldwide and send all orders out via USPS First Class mail.
*Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I currently cannot accept orders from the following countries due to international mail service suspensions: Libya, Madagascar, Panama, Turkmenistan, Angola, Brunei, Camaroon, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Liberia, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Niger, Republic of Congo, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, and Yemen. Thank you for understanding!*
How long will it take to receive my order?
I try my best to ship out orders as quickly as possible within 3-7 business days. If your order falls on a US holiday, it will be mailed out the following business day. Once shipped, most domestic orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. International delivery can take between 2-5 weeks.
*Please note due to the Covid-19 pandemic, domestic orders could take an additional week to arrive. International orders could take an additional 6 weeks to arrive.*
I'm an international customer and received a customs fee upon receipt of my package. Why?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
My package is lost. Can I get it replaced?
Although I cannot guarantee a replacement due to limited stock, I will happily review and replace lost packages on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to contact me if there is any issue with your order and please be sure to check that your shipping address is correct before ordering.
What is your pin grading system?
I try to be very transparent about the quality of my pins and sort/grade them as best I can. After discarding any pins deemed too funky to sell, I like to use an A, B, C grading system:
A - standard grade - pins are almost perfect; because enamel filling is done by hand, it is nearly impossible for them to be absolutely perfect
B - grade seconds - minor, not very noticeable blemish(es)
C - grade seconds - more noticeable blemish(es); still wearable!
If there are no drastic differences in blemishes or I'm phasing out the design, I may group them into plain ol' seconds :). Although I try my very best to make sure the proper pin grade goes out to you, I am only one person and mistakes can happen, so please don't hesitate to contact me if there are any issues with your pin.♡
